What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
You generally are not required to provide us with any information when you download the Application. When you use the Application, you may choose to provide us with your name, email address, cell phone number and profile picture through the input section of the Application or sign up for sweepstakes, various promotions and participate in various features of the Application.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, information about the way you use the Application and other standard server log information.
Use of Your Information:
We may use the User Provided Information and Automatically Collected Information for a variety of purposes including:
· To provide you with information about or on behalf of the Application
· To facilitate the use of the chat feature
· To post / display your comments, ratings, responses related to the Application or your use thereof
· To customize and personalize your use of the Application and its services
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
When you use the Application, we may use GPS or Bluetooth technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to properly display your location or to send you geo-based promotional alerts. All location information collected by us is anonymized and/or aggregated so we will never use the location information to locate you or any other specific individual. See Terms of Service for more information on this feature. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services in your mobile phone settings or uninstall the Application. Turning off your location feature in your settings may impact the functionality of this app.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
We may disclose User Provided Information and Automatically Collected Information
· as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
· when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
· with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement;
· if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
· If you use the interactive features such as rating, sharing information or posting to chat features your information and content will be visible to third parties in a public forum or setting. Such may also result in you receiving unsolicited messages from third parties.
Third Party Ad Servicing
We may use third parties to serve advertisements on or within the Application. These third parties may set their own cookies or similar web technologies to collect information about your online activities overt time and across different websites. You may manage your cookies and other data tracking within your mobile devices settings.
Additionally, third party developers hired by us to develop the Application and its functions are permitted to collect Automatically Collected Information only in anonymized or aggregated form for the purposes of providing analytics reporting to us, and to improve the Application and their other products.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. If you’ve subscribed to our emails each email you receive will contain opt-out information for email communications.
We do not knowingly market to or collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age through the Application. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
The public chat is intended for an enjoyable experience where users share information about their venue experience. It is not intended for any harassment, bullying, political or controversial positions or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to remove any content we deem offensive in our sole discretion and ban any users who make such offensive posts.

Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to email@example.com.
Some web browsers may transmit "do-not-track" signals to the websites with which the user communicates. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. Because there currently is no industry standard concerning what, if anything, websites should do when they receive such signals, we currently do not take action in response to these signals. If and when a final standard is established and accepted, we will reassess how to respond to these signals. In some cases, third parties may be able to collect information about a user's online activities over time and across different websites when he or she uses our Services.
